Meet Dr. John A. Kirby, the experienced and friendly doctor who makes Modern Eye Gallery the leading provider of vision care products and services in Mount Juliet.

Dr. Kirby worked in west TN a short time after graduating optometry school before moving to Mount Juliet TN in 2009. After working in a few offices in and around Mount Juliet, he opened Modern Eye Gallery in 2015.

Everyone was very welcoming and kind, super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve never been to an eye doctor that took the time to explain so much to me and I wasn’t given a bunch of generic info or just plain garbage information. Dr John A Kirby is very knowledgeable of his profession, with a degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a doctorate in optometry from Southern College. Overall he is a great doctor that genuinely cares for his patients. He helped me with my dry eye problems and explained it in detail. Very easy to setup appointment. I recommend this Optometrist over any other in Mount Juliet!!
